This course is designed to help provide guidance to Admissions and Release Committee (ARC) members when completing the Participation Guidelines for the Kentucky Alternate Assessment and help provide an overview of the Learner Characteristics Inventory (LCI). The LCI was developed by Jacqueline Kearns, Jane Kleinert, Harold Kleinert and Elizabeth Towles-Reeves (2006).
