General Program Information
TEAM is a practical, self-paced behavioral training framework designed to equip school staff with the skills, tools, and guidance needed to manage student behavior proactively and effectively—without relying on expensive outside consultants. Developed by a behavior analyst, TEAM provides a step-by-step system that aligns with real-world school demands. It focuses on prevention, functional understanding of behavior, inclusive classroom strategies, and structured implementation—all while enhancing educator confidence and job satisfaction. Through structured modules, an interactive handbook, coaching resources, and a clear order of operations, TEAM helps administrators build a cohesive behavior plan that is consistent across classrooms and staff roles. What TEAM Offers: A trauma-informed, function-based framework for behavior intervention Role-specific training for teachers, paraprofessionals, and leadership Pre-made classroom supports, behavior goals, and checklists Tools to identify and support both students and staff in need Data and feedback loops for ongoing improvement Optional coaching support to guide implementation A fully self-directed training pace to fit into busy schedules Outcome: A proactive, sustainable behavior system that increases staff clarity, improves student outcomes, and reduces the time and financial burden of reactive discipline and external consultation.
