General Program Information
This course includes everything needed to become essential to your students' livelihoods, creative development and schedule. This course is perfect for the teacher who needs the numbers in their ensembles and classes. Maybe they are the new teacher at your school this year and the students are skeptical, so they quit before giving it a chance. Maybe between last year and this year there was a loss of students from the ensembles, and we want them back. Let this program help you make the music program irresistible to students' schedules!
Objectives
- Learn how to adjust their tone and mannerisms to get better connections with their students' personalities
- Receive a system to streamline student performance preparation so it is not as stressful understand how to make their teaching experience irreplaceable to their students
- Learn how to adjust their classroom or studio policies to benefit everyone, coincide with building and district expectations, cover themselves, make boundaries, and keep everything more organized

Educators are encouraged to participate in the free, private moderated discussion group for other teachers who have taken this class. The group is meant for discussion of ideas, implementation of results, and tips from other teachers who have taught this unit in their classes. There is also a final exam at the end of the course to receive the certificate.
