General Program Information
PBIS in Practice is designed for educators who are ready to put Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports into action. This course offers practical strategies, real-world examples, and actionable tips to effectively implement PBIS in your school. Learn how to create and sustain positive behavior systems that enhance student engagement and improve school culture in both traditional and virtual education settings. Objectives
Design and implement effective PBIS strategies tailored to their classroom needs, enhancing student behavior and promoting a positive learning environment. Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of PBIS interventions, make informed decisions, and adjust strategies to improve student outcomes. Foster a supportive school culture by integrating social-emotional learning, restorative practices, and acknowledgment systems, thereby improving student engagement and self-regulation.
