Objectives
· The primary objective of The Write Moves Mini Series: Simple Strategies For Writing is to introduce brief, adaptable writing routines that:
· Strengthen Reasoning Skills: Guide students to process complex concepts by observing, forming hypotheses, evaluating evidence, and explaining their thinking.
· Develop Academic Vocabulary: Help students build and use precise, subject-specific language in everyday tasks.
· Make Student Thinking Visible: Provide quick instructional routines that fit into daily lessons within minutes, giving educators clear insight into student comprehension without taking up entire class periods.
