The Professional Learning Bulletin Board (PLBB) provides Kentucky educators access to post or search for professional learning opportunities offered by the Kentucky Department of Education or other education partners. The Professional Learning Bulletin Board was established in accordance with KRS 156.095 (8). It serves as a resource for educators seeking professional learning opportunities. Providers agree to use the characteristics of professional development as described in 704 KAR 3:035 in the design and implementation of learning to provide quality results for Kentucky's educators that lead to increased effectiveness. Posting information on the bulletin board by the department shall not be viewed as an endorsement of the quality of any specific provider or program.
